Job summary

Jebsen & Jessen Pte Ltd. in Kuala Lumpur is offering a proactive Corporate Communications & Employee Experience Internship. The role focuses on branding, internal communications, event support, and design-oriented tasks within the HR team.

This is a hands-on opportunity to take ownership of projects and learn how to craft engaging content for colleagues. You will develop internal articles, assist with employee engagement activities, and design clear PowerPoint slides for leadership

Qualifications

• Must have internship duration - minimum commitment of 6 months.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Comfortable using Microsoft PowerPoint, with understanding of presentation design and storytelling being a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support internal corporate branding and communication initiatives.
• Create and develop internal articles and communication materials.
• Support the redesign and improvement of internal communication boards and other communication channels.
• Bring fresh ideas on how we can make internal communications more engaging and effective.
• Support employee experience and employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist in planning, organizing and coordinating internal events and activities.
• Support communications, materials, logistics and other preparations related to employee engagement activities.
• Support the preparation and design of management and Board presentations and transform information into clear, professional PowerPoint slides.
• Apply good presentation and storytelling principles to make information easier to understand.
• Support other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.
