Job summary

Edelman is seeking a Design Intern to join the APAC DJE Studio team in Kuala Lumpur. You’ll gain hands-on experience across brand, social, presentation, digital, and campaign design projects, working with experienced designers and producers in a fast-paced agency environment.

You’ll build your design, communication, and project management skills while contributing to visual assets, learning brand consistency, and supporting production workflows on regional client briefs.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field.
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with PowerPoint and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
• Interest in social media, digital content, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands on experience with the creation of visual assets across presentations, social media, digital content infographics, and marketing materials.
• Assist designers in adapting artwork across different formats and platforms.
• Help prepare files, presentations, and design materials for internal and client use.
• Conduct image research and support content sourcing where required.
• Maintain brand consistency and attention to detail across all design outputs.
• Assist with basic motion graphics, video editing, or content creation projects where applicable.
• Collaborate with Studio team members and support project coordination activities.
