Qualifications

• Diploma holder or higher required.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends/public holidays.
• Genuine interest in UNIQLO LifeWear and fashion.
• Customer-first mindset and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Create a great shopping experience and keep the store clean, organized, and stocked.
• Greet customers with a friendly smile and offer styling tips as a UNIQLO product expert.
• Follow training plans and learn new skills to grow in the role; embrace LifeWear philosophy.
• Take ownership of assigned product areas and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
• Support colleagues to maintain a positive, respectful team environment.
• Assist in cashiering, fitting room, inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising when required.
