Qualifications

• Diploma holder or higher.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Willing to work on shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
• Genuine interest in UNIQLO LifeWear and fashion.
• Strong customer-service mindset and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Create a great shopping experience; keep store clean, organized, and shelves full.
• Welcome and greet customers; share styling tips as a UNIQLO product expert.
• Follow training plans and learn LifeWear philosophy and service standards.
• Take ownership of product areas; identify challenges and suggest improvements.
• Build a positive workplace by supporting colleagues and collaborating openly.
• Assist in cashiering, fitting room support, inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising when required.
