Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad is seeking a Branch Customer Service role to handle daily transactions, ensure service quality, and provide relief in the absence of the Service & Operations Manager. The position focuses on cash handling, SST loading, and responding to customer inquiries to support branch objectives.

You will engage customers, process deposits and withdrawals, balance cash, lodge complaints, and assist in franchise growth while adhering to SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE to customers
• Manage all cash transactions of the branch, including cash counting, balancing and SST loading
• Handle over-the-counter transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints, lodge issues to CRM, and escalate when needed
• Support SOM in driving branch business growth and regulatory compliance
• Promote Bank products and services to customers and assist cross-selling and referrals
