Job summary

Anticimex Pest Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a scheduling and operations coordinator to plan, assign, and monitor service jobs for technicians. You will be the primary contact for customers regarding service requests and updates, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills, with familiarity in scheduling software or CRM systems to maintain accurate records and generate routine reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling or dispatch roles preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and assign service jobs to technicians.
• Monitor technician availability and adjust schedules.
• Track job progress and update schedules for changes.
• Act as first point of contact for customers regarding service requests.
• Confirm appointments and provide service updates.
• Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and urgent requests.
• Maintain accurate records of scheduled jobs and communications.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on job assignments and completion rates.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and documentation.
• Coordinate between branch management, technicians, and customers.
