Job summary

CIMB Negeri Sembilan is seeking an experienced branch manager to oversee sales, service and compliance, ensuring top performance across the branch. You will lead a team, drive customer acquisition and retention, and maintain regulatory standards in a dynamic Malaysian banking environment.

Collaborate with communities to build strong relationships and support branch growth, while upholding safety and security standards. This role offers growth opportunities within CIMB's regional banking network.

Qualifications

• Preferably Managers specializing in Banking / Financial Services or equivalent.
• Min. 2 years in branch operations, compliance or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of banking products with excellent customer service.
• Wealth & banca licenses (IPPC, FIMM, PCE, CEILI & TBE) are an advantage.
• High energy with a proven track record in sales.
• Comfortable in a goal oriented environment.
