Sport Planet Warehouse Outlet in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to help supervise daily store activities and uphold standards of presentation.

The role supports the Branch Manager in achieving sales targets, coaching staff, managing inventory, and preparing regular branch reports. This position offers hands-on leadership at our Seremban branch with opportunities for growth in retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Operations Support: Assist the Branch Manager in supervising daily store activities.
• Sales & Customer Service: Support in achieving branch sales and profitability targets; promote upselling and cross-selling; handle customer inquiries.
• Staff Management & Development: Assist in scheduling, supervising, and motivating staff; provide training and guidance; act as acting Branch Manager in absence.
• Inventory & Merchandising: Monitor stock levels, assist in inventory management, ensure timely replenishment and proper stock rotation.
• Reporting & Administration: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly branch reports; support budget control and cost management; provide operational feedback.
