You will schedule staff, maintain showroom standards, build customer and partner relationships, and coach the team to exceed targets while ensuring excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the sales counter to ensure smooth business operations.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Plan and manage staff scheduling, manpower allocation, and duty rosters.
• Ensure showroom and counter standards are maintained at high presentation levels.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors and partners.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Coach, train and develop sales staff to enhance product knowledge and service.
• Monitor team performance and guide continuous improvement.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
