Job summary

SK intellix Malaysia is seeking a capable Branch Operations Executive to oversee daily branch activities, manage assets, and prepare performance reports. You will conduct branch and site visits, monitor performance on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, support the training of new SMCs, and develop practical action plans in collaboration with HQ.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or degree in Business/Administration/Management, with at least 2 years of relevant experience and strong English and Bahasa

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Good written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Conduct branch and site visits as required.
• Monitor branch and RS performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Manage branch assets and operational records.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Attend and participate in monthly MCM meetings.
• Identify, evaluate, and support the setup and training of new SMCs.
• Develop branch action plans and provide operational solutions.
• Monitor RC and retention performance.
• Collaborate with EM on filter consignment matters.
• Support sales activities and any ad hoc assignments requested by HQ.
