Job summary

SK intellix Malaysia seeks a proactive operations professional in Kuala Lumpur to oversee branch visits, performance monitoring, and asset management. You will prepare regular reports, participate in MCM meetings, and support training of new SMCs.

The role requires at least a diploma or degree and 2 years in branch operations or customer service, with strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills. On-site role with HQ collaboration.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in customer service, branch operations, or a similar role is preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Conduct branch and site visits as required.
• Monitor branch and RS performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Manage branch assets and operational records.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Attend and participate in monthly MCM meetings.
• Identify, evaluate, and support the setup and training of new SMCs.
• Develop branch action plans and provide operational solutions.
• Monitor RC and retention performance.
• Collaborate with EM on filter consignment matters.
• Support sales activities and any ad hoc assignments requested by HQ.
