Job summary

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Malaysia) Berhad, Labuan International Branch, seeks a Branch Operations Manager/Officer to drive business plans, targets and development. You will build relationships with customers, support cross-selling of products, and oversee daily operations including KYC, loans and deposits, with timely regulatory reporting to Labuan FSA.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in finance, banking or accounting, with 3–5 years in banking, strong leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, banking, accounting or equivalent from a reputable university.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 3-5 years of experiences within the banking/financial services industry.
• Strong leadership, analytical skill and business acumen.
• Mature, pleasant personality with good communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Good command of English and/or Mandarin, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch business plans, targets and business development.
• Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Support cross-selling of banking and liability products.
• Oversee daily branch operations, including KYC, loans and deposits.
• Ensure accurate and timely regulatory reporting to Labuan FSA.
• Act as a key representative of the branch and manage compliance risks.
