Job summary

CARSOME Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Business Support Executive to help deliver a seamless customer and transaction experience across the vehicle ownership journey, while ensuring operational excellence and compliance.

You will support branch operations, coordinate appointments and transactions, manage records, liaise with customers, dealers and banks, assist with ownership transfers and vehicle logistics, and drive process improvements to sustain high service quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in customer service, operations, administration, automotive, or related industries preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Branch Operations: Support end-to-end branch operations by coordinating customer, transaction, administrative, and vehicle-related activities.
• Customer Experience: Facilitate customer appointments, transaction processing, and operational activities to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Record Management: Manage and maintain operational records, documentation, and system updates to support accurate and timely transaction completion.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with customers, dealers, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of operational processes.
• Transaction Support: Support the administration and execution of ownership transfer, payment, financing, and other transaction-related activities in accordance with company requirements.
• Case Tracking: Monitor case progress and follow up on outstanding actions to ensure service level commitments and operational targets are achieved.
• Vehicle Logistics & Storage: Support vehicle receiving, inventory management, movement, storage, and handover activities to maintain operational efficiency and vehicle readiness.
• Quality & Verification: Perform vehicle condition verification and operational checks to ensure compliance with company standards and processes.
• Issue Resolution: Assist in resolving operational, customer, and transaction-related issues by coordinating with relevant stakeholders and providing timely updates.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with operational procedures, regulatory requirements, and company policies across all branch activities.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to branch performance by supporting daily operational execution, process improvements, and service quality initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and deliver a consistent customer experience.
