Job summary

You’ll manage records, liaise with dealers and banks, monitor progress and support compliance, while driving efficiency in branch operations and service quality across the fleet domain.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
• Experience in customer service, operations, administration, automotive or related industries.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet service level targets.
• Good attention to detail and compliance awareness.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end branch operations by coordinating customer, transaction, administrative, and vehicle-related activities.
• Facilitate customer appointments, transaction processing, and operational activities to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Manage and maintain operational records, documentation, and system updates to support accurate and timely transaction completion.
• Coordinate with customers, dealers, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of operational processes.
• Support the administration and execution of ownership transfer, payment, financing, and other transaction-related activities in accordance with company requirements.
• Monitor case progress and follow up on outstanding actions to ensure service level commitments and operational targets are achieved.
• Support vehicle receiving, inventory management, movement, storage, and handover activities to maintain operational efficiency and vehicle readiness.
• Perform vehicle condition verification and operational checks to ensure compliance with company standards and processes.
• Assist in resolving operational, customer, and transaction-related issues by coordinating with relevant stakeholders and providing timely updates.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, regulatory requirements, and company policies across all branch activities.
• Contribute to branch performance by supporting daily operational execution, process improvements, and service quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and deliver a performance-driven service.

As part of CARSOME's operations team, the Business Support Executive (BSE) role is responsible for delivering a seamless customer and transaction experience while ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and service quality across the vehicle ownership journey.
