Job summary

You will manage inventory, handle payroll data, maintain records, and assist with customer orders and queries to ensure smooth branch performance.

The role requires attention to detail and teamwork across Sales, Shipping and Marketing to deliver reliable service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of administrative experience in an office.
• Experience with payroll and attendance systems is a plus.
• Strong data entry and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain branch inventory and track goods.
• Prepare and submit paperwork and customer order data.
• Process payroll data and issue statements.
• Maintain employee records and handle leave.
• Attend to customer queries and ensure timely shipping.
• Publish job ads and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate with Sales, Shipping and Marketing teams.
• Prepare timely and accurate reports.
