Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia seeks a Store Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day activities, enforce SOPs, and drive consistent sales performance. You will supervise opening/closing procedures, stock management, and cash handling while coaching staff on product knowledge and service standards.

You will lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and consultative selling, monitor daily sales and implement proactive measures to meet targets, and support marketing
