Job summary

U Mobile Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead a retail store with a focus on sales performance, service delivery and daily operations. You will drive revenue, manage staff, monitor KPIs, and ensure a high standard of customer experience.

This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to work in shifts to cover operating hours; experience in telecommunications is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in any relevant field or commensurate experience.
• 3–5 years in sales or customer service, preferably retail/telecom.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Set daily/weekly sales targets for the team and drive achievement.
• Lead, coach and develop store staff to maintain high performance.
• Oversee store operations including opening/closing, cash handling and inventory.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalations to retain customers.
