Ria Money Transfer, a branch of Euronet Worldwide, invites applications for a Branch Manager in Retail Operations. You will drive store performance through accuracy in sales forecasting, team engagement, market analysis, and strict compliance with financial regulations.

The role requires leadership in a fast-paced money transfer environment with focus on customer engagement, regulatory compliance, and continuous profit optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or diploma in business, finance, retail or related field.
• Experience in retail, store management, or sales is required.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with AMLA/regulatory compliance and financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate store sales forecasts monthly and yearly.
• Track daily sales and drive the team to meet targets.
• Analyze competitors and monitor market intelligence with Head Office.
• Instill customer-focused attitude and drive store performance.
• Collaborate to improve Profit & Loss of the store.
• Ensure all cash movements are recorded and reconciled daily.
• Maintain compliance with AMLA and Bank Negara Malaysia guidelines.
