Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Southern Region retail apparel operations. This full-time role oversees branch performance, drives sales growth, and delivers exceptional customer service. You will manage a team, daily operations, and ensure targets and high standards are met.

The candidate should have 5+ years in retail or branch operations, with 2–3 years in supervision, and a strong analytical mindset to plan strategically and monitor performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in retail, sales, or branch operations with 2–3 years in supervisory role.
• Proven experience in managing multiple branches or outlets is an advantage.

About the role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our retail apparel operations at our Southern Region. This is a full-time position that offers a strategic opportunity to oversee all aspects of branch performance, drive sales growth, and create an exceptional customer experience. As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the branch meets and exceeds its business objectives whilst maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.

Job Responsibilities

• To analyze sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits.
• Ensure branches achieve sales targets and profitability objectives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and business performance
• Monitor branch performance and prepare regular sales and operational reports.

Operations

• Manage the coordination of supply chain including stock movements to/from warehouse and inter outlets transfer.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock accuracy, and coordinate replenishment when necessary.
• Ensure the security of the company's assets i.e inventory, property and cash collection.
• Work closely with Boutique Supervisor and their teams to ensure compliance with Company's policies and procedures.
• Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing.

Staff

• Recruit, train and manage a team.
• Lead, supervise, motivate, and develop branch employees.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to improve team productivity.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints when required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail, sales, or branch operations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven experience in managing multiple branches or outlets is an advantage.
• Need to be highly motivated with strong leadership traits and excellent management and communication skills.
• Must be highly analytical and numerically competent with the ability to plan strategically.
