Job summary

Ria Money Transfer, a global financial services provider, is hiring a Cashier in Retail Operations. You will deliver frontline customer service, process transactions, and support daily operations in line with company procedures.

Responsibilities include handling money transfers, currency exchange, and inquiries, while maintaining accurate records and cash balance. Weekend flexibility and good customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with SPM or higher.
• Willing to work flexible schedules including weekends.
• Basic computer skills with MS Word/Excel.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers face to face to process money transfers, money orders, selling and buying foreign currency.
• Verify or enter the customer’s information accurately on our systems.
• Assist customers with inquiries and service questions.
• Balance cash register and prepare deposits.
• Prepare daily transactions records.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested by colleagues and superiors.
