Job summary

CXT Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable retail supervisor to oversee daily operations across multiple outlets in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage stock positioning, ensure pricing accuracy and uphold brand visuals while driving sales and customer satisfaction.

You will supervise Retail Executives, monitor staff performance, and enforce company policies. Willingness to travel and own transport are required. Training and development opportunities await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced, Higher, Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
• Preferably Senior Executive of at least 2 years of working experience in Retail Sales or equivalent field.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel as this position require outstation duties.
• Discipline, self-motivated & willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain efficient retail operations and maximize revenue from outlets.
• Manage stock positioning and review stock status to prevent stock loss.
• Ensure accurate pricing display and visual merchandising meet company standards and brand image.
• Identify current and future customer requirements and improve sales & services by establishing rapport.
• Measure customer satisfaction, handle feedback or complaints, and service recovery.
• Supervise Retail Executives and outlet staff daily activities and sales progress, enforcing company policies.

Job description

Oversee and maintain efficient retail operations, maximize and sustain steady revenue stream from retail outlets.

Responsible for overall stock positioning/management and periodic review of stock status to ensure stock control policies are in place to avoid stock loss.

Ensure accurate pricing display, visual merchandising presentation meets company’s standards and upkeep brand image.

Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential customers and understand to improve sales & services

Measure customer satisfaction, handle customer feedback or complaints, and services recovery.

Supervise Retail Executive and outlet staff daily activities, sales progress, and adhere to the company’s operations.

Supervise & monitor performance & discipline of staff thus enforces company policy & procedures.

Able to undertake the ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required from time to time which assigned by Superior or Management.

Job Requirements:
