Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience in luxury retail.
• Experience in fragrance is an advantage but not required.

Randstad Malaysia is partnering with a prestigious luxury fragrance brand in the search for a Boutique Manager (Luxury - Fragrance) to lead their retail business in Malaysia, and the client is open to professionals coming from luxury fashion, watches & jewellery, leather goods, beauty, or other premium retail environments.

What matters most is your ability to lead a team, drive commercial performance, elevate client experience, and represent a luxury brand with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the boutique team to achieve sales and business targets
