Job summary

Kimpton Naluria Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Guest Service Agent to deliver personalised luxury service at the front desk. You will welcome guests, handle check-in/check-out, manage reservations and billing, and work with concierge to arrange dining, transportation, and local experiences.

The role requires a Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent, 1–2 years in hospitality, and the ability to work varied shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office and Opera System, ideally 5+ years.
• Diploma or higher in Hospitality or related field.
• 1–2 years of hospitality experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle Check-In and Check-Out with warmth and accuracy.
• Process registrations, assign rooms, and manage billing/daily transactions.
• Support Reservations, Concierge duties, and guest inquiries.
• Collaborate with housekeeping/maintenance to ensure room readiness.
• Maintain luxury standards and brand compliance at front desk.
