Chanel in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Boutique Manager to uphold the brand image through VM, grooming, and pristine store presentation. You will lead by example, correcting lapses swiftly and organizing regular checks to ensure the displays reflect the seasonal line and Chanel image.

You will mentor Fashion Advisors, set performance objectives, and collaborate with Training and Field Trainers to ensure product knowledge and selling skills are outstanding.

Responsabilités

• Uphold the Image of the Brand (VM Merchandising +BTQ Maintenance +Grooming) Communicates the importance of image to the boutique team, and sets a good example in "walking the talk".
• Manage and inspire the Boutique team: lead, mentor, and develop Fashion Advisors; align objectives with Head of Boutique; ensure proficiency in product knowledge, ECS and sales techniques.
• Build a Client-centric Boutique team: engage Elite/High Clients, maintain client data, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Properly manage Merchandise & Inventory: oversee opening/closing counts, cycle counts, stock controls, and back-of-house organization.
• Effectively manage day-to-day Operations: roster planning, sales paperwork, and reporting on customer trends and merchandise movement.
• Foster close partnerships with W&FJ Division and other departments to meet business objectives.
