Job summary

Coty Malaysia is seeking an Assistant Boutique Manager to shape the boutique atmosphere, deliver unparalleled service, and drive luxury customer experiences. You will lead a team, monitor sales performance, manage inventory, store operations, budgeting, and brand representation, with weekend and holiday availability.

The role demands proven luxury retail leadership, strong customer service, and ability to upsell and create memorable consultations.

Qualifications

Proven luxury retail management experience with high-end or luxury spa environments preferred.
Strong leadership and people-management skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in store operations and customer experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer experience and achieve sales targets.
Monitor sales performance, drive strategy, upsell and cross-sell, and analyze data for opportunities.
Create a luxurious yet welcoming environment and promptly address customer feedback.
Oversee product displays, visual merchandising, and stock levels; reorder as needed.
Manage daily store operations, opening/closing, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
Handle budgets and cash in store; prepare and submit regular sales reports.
