Job summary

Proficiency in English, familiarity with Malaysian bonded procedures (LMW/ LBS/ LWS), and experience in manufacturing bonded warehouses are essential. Driving license is preferred and local candidates are encouraged.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in logistics or bonded operations.
• Knowledge of Malaysian bonded operations and LMW/ LBS/ LWS procedures.
• Proficient in English as working language and able to liaise with Customs.
• Experience in manufacturing/factory bonded warehouse operations.
• Local driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of bonded warehouse and materials at Johor Bahru factory.
• Handle customs clearance, filing, write-off/cancellation, and regulatory processes for Malaysia bonded zone.
• Coordinate factory equipment import plans including temporary imports, bonded processing, and duties exemptions.
• Liaise with Malaysian Customs during inspections and audits.
• Standardize bonded ledgers, documentation, and reports.
