Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, corporate training, or a related position.
• Experience in selling technical training programmes, industrial training, or professional courses is a plus.
• Familiarity with the manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors in Johor is advantageous.
• Knowledge of boiler operations, steam systems, or boiler-related training is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools.
• Self-motivated, proactive, organized, and target-driven.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.
• Willing to travel within Johor for client visits and business development.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Promote and market boiler training programmes conducted with ILP Senai.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Johor's industrial sectors.
• Identify corporate clients and arrange meetings, visits, and presentations.
• Follow up enquiries, quotations, and bookings; maintain strong sales pipeline.
