Job summary

HRnetOne is seeking a seasoned consulting leader to expand its Technology Consulting practice. You will guide client engagements across IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and large-scale transformation programs.

Responsibilities include advising on digital transformation, leading cross-border teams, transforming enterprise architecture, and mentoring high-performing staff to align IT with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering/Finance/Economics or related field.
• ~5+ years of relevant experience in technology initiatives management or implementation.
• Functional knowledge of Target Operating Model for banks.
• Ability to translate complex client requirements into clear solution architecture for all levels of seniority.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on how digital transformation and technology enablement drive performance improvement.
• Lead teams on complex, cross-border engagements across sectors.
• Assess and transform enterprise technology architecture (applications, integration, data, security, and operations).
• Act as architecture lead on major IT transformation programmes such as Core Banking and Mobile Banking.
• Partner with senior leadership to align IT strategy with business goals and drive decision-making.
• Build long-term client relationships, grow the practice, and mentor a high-performing team.
