Job summary

MR DIY International seeks a seasoned Business Solution Analyst to lead cross-functional digital transformation across its multi-country retail network. You will bridge business operations with technical delivery, shaping scalable processes in procurement, supply chain and finance.

You will mentor a team of Business Analysts, drive to-be process designs, document BRDs, and partner with IT, Finance and Operations to deliver value and user adoption across stores and countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
• 8 to 10 years total professional experience with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role.
• Solid knowledge of procurement, supply chain and retail operation processes.
• Experience designing and implementing transformation initiatives for MDM, procurement, and logistics.
• Understanding of enterprise system landscapes and cross-system integration.
• Multicountry retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to map as-is and design to-be procurement, supply chain and finance processes.
• Translate business goals into functional requirements for tech teams.
• Prioritise opportunities based on business impact and readiness.
• Build cross-functional partnerships across IT, Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
• Drive consensus and manage conflicting stakeholder requirements.
• Bridge business and tech, ensuring adoption and avoiding a purely technical go-live.
• Develop BRDs and document requirements for delivery and testing.
• Coordinate UAT and support change management for smooth digital transitions.
• Mentor a team of Business Analysts and standardise methodologies.
