Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in sales/marketing or a biology graduate with business interest, plus strong communication, CRM, and MS Office skills to drive campaigns and close deals. Base plus commission, full-time role with office-based work.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in sales/marketing or science graduates with business interest.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (biological sciences, business, marketing).
• Understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; timely delivery of inquiries.
• Business acumen with problem-solving attitude and proactivity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies with the BD Manager to grow clients.
• Identify new opportunities and build relationships with clients and partners.
• Provide timely solutions tailored to clients' needs.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Manage and update company social media platforms.
• Create marketing materials such as posts, brochures, and flyers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity in biotech and healthcare.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
• Update team on product launches and competitor progress.
