Job summary

The Longevity Stem Cell Bank in Kuala Lumpur seeks a persuasive Marketing and Sales Executive to implement sales strategies, manage client relationships, and track market trends. You will work in an office setting with occasional travel for client meetings and industry events.

You will collaborate with the Business Development Manager to grow the client base, coordinate campaigns and social media, and prepare sales forecasts while staying informed on product launches and competitor activity.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales and marketing experience.
• Biological sciences graduate with business interest.
• Bachelor's in Biological Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Robust understanding of the sales process.
• Superb interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to deliver projects and respond to inquiries on time.
• Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Business Development Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow our client base.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Provide timely, effective solutions tailored to clients' needs.
• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Manage and update the company's social media platforms.
• Design and prepare marketing materials such as social media posts, brochures, flyers, and promotional content.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the biotech and healthcare sectors.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
• Stay up to date on new product launches, competitor progress and keep the team informed.
