Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Sales Consultant to educate and guide expectant parents and healthcare professionals in stem cell preservation services. You will convert leads, exceed sales targets, and operate in a dynamic healthcare market.

Fresh graduates are welcome; training is provided. A valid driver’s license with own transport is required, and Mandarin speakers are encouraged to apply for broader client communication.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in any field, preferably Biotechnology, Life Science or Medical Science.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged; training will be provided.
• Sales experience in medical/healthcare is a plus.
• Must have a valid driving license and own transport.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Promote stem cell preservation services to potential customers.
• Execute sales activities and after-sales processes.
• Produce reports on activities and progress from events and marketing.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals (Doctors, Nurses, Specialists).
• Take on additional duties as needed.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Promote services on the benefits of stem cells to potential customers.
• Execute various activities and processes to facilitate sales and after-sales services.
• Produce structured and scheduled reports on activities and progress by attending Events, Exhibitions and marketing activities.
• Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with healthcare professionals such as Doctors, Physicians, Surgeons, Specialists, Nurses, and other Healthcare Professionals.
• Other duties as and when deemed necessary.

• Degree/Diploma in any field, preferably in Biotechnology, Life Science and Medical Science.
