Job summary

Geodelta Systems Sdn Bhd, a Malaysia-based BIM consultancy, seeks a BIM Modeler / BIM Coordinator to drive modeling and coordination for architecture, infrastructure, and digital construction projects. The role emphasizes high-quality 3D BIM workflows and collaboration across disciplines.

You will work on Revit, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D with a team of specialists, contributing to Scan-to-BIM and digital construction initiatives while delivering accurate drawings and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of working experience using Autodesk Revit, AutoCad & Civil 3D.
• Proficient in 2D drafting and technical drawing preparation.

Responsibilities

• BIM modeling and coordination across architecture, engineering, and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and update 2D drawings and technical documentation.

BIM Modeler / BIM Coordinator

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of working experience using Autodesk Revit, AutoCad & Civil 3D.
• Proficient in 2D drafting and technical drawing preparation.
• Strong interest in 3D BIM modeling and digital construction workflows.
• Knowledge or exposure to Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) disciplines is an advantage.
• Willing to learn new technologies, workflows, and industry best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• A good team player with excellent communication skills.
• Able to communicate in multiple languages (English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin or other languages are an advantage).
• Positive attitude, good personality, and strong sense of responsibility.
• Committed to delivering quality work and contributing towards successful project outcomes.
