is seeking a BIM Engineer to develop and maintain 3D BIM models from drawings and project requirements, covering civil, structural and infrastructure scopes, and to prepare model-based deliverables for submission and construction. You will coordinate models with civil, structural and M&E teams, perform clash detection, update models for site changes, ensure version control and BEP compliance, and support digital engineering initiatives across the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant civil design experience.
• Proficient in Civil3D, AutoCAD, Revit and project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards; BEP exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models from engineering drawings and project requirements.
• Prepare BIM models for civil, structural and infrastructure projects per BIM standards.
• Assist in producing BIM deliverables, including 3D models and construction drawings.
• Coordinate BIM models with civil, structural and M&E teams for proper design integration.
• Perform clash detection and model coordination to resolve design conflicts.
• Update BIM models for site changes (RFIs, variation orders, design revisions, site instructions).
• Support model-based drawings and documentation for project submissions and construction.
• Maintain version control and documentation per BIM standards.
• Assist in implementing BIM workflows and digital engineering initiatives.
• Ensure BIM models comply with BEP and project requirements.
