Job summary

Mott MacDonald in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a BIM Modeller to produce Civil & Structural drawings using AutoCAD, Microstation and Revit. The role is full-time and on-site in Bangsar South, with a focus on infrastructure and buildings projects.

You will interpret design intent, ensure standards compliance, and coordinate BIM models with other disciplines. A minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience is required; senior roles may be considered for more experienced candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience on infrastructure, building structure, rails and roads projects.
• Civil & Structural engineering background preferred.
• Knowledge of Civil 3D, Aecosim, OpenRail, OpenRoad and OpenPlant is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Produce Civil & Structural drawings using Autocad, Microstation and Revit.
• Interpret design intent sketches from project managers/engineers.
• Ensure compliance with authority, company and project drawing standards.
• Coordinate BIM models with other disciplines/contractors; assist with tunnel, staircase, facility building and station box modelling.
• Senior Technician may manage and coordinate workload among technicians.
