Qualifications

• Knowledge of BIM standards and workflows like ISO19650.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage detailed 3D BIM models and deliverables.
• Coordinate models with architects and MEP engineers to reflect design intent.
• Implement BIM standards, protocols, and workflows across the project.
• Perform clash detection, 4D/5D analysis, and generate presentations.
• Provide BIM support and training to the team as needed.
