Job summary

Esco Audio Visual Sdn Bhd is seeking a Building Information Modelling Engineer to develop, update, and maintain BIM models and drawings for data centre and infrastructure projects. You will coordinate deliverables, perform clash detection, and support planning, installation, testing, and commissioning activities with accurate BIM documentation.

The role requires 2–5 years of BIM experience and proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, with BEP familiarity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, BIM Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in BIM modelling and coordination for construction, infrastructure, data centre, or related projects.
Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM tools.

Responsibilities

Develop, update, and maintain BIM models and drawings for Data Centre projects and related works.
Prepare and coordinate BIM deliverables including drawings and as-built documentation.
Perform BIM coordination and clash detection with multiple disciplines.
Support planning, construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance with BIM.
Extract quantities, material schedules, and reports from BIM models for procurement and cost estimation.
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams to resolve issues.
Conduct site visits and surveys to verify conditions and installation progress.
Ensure BIM models and docs comply with BEP and company procedures.
Maintain document control, model revisions, and BIM records.
Carry out other assignments as directed by Management.
