Job summary

CEKAP AIR SDN. BHD. in Malaysia is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to oversee coordination activities on construction projects.

You will manage and maintain 3D BIM models, review drawings, and facilitate clash detection while coordinating with consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and site teams. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or Building Technology and 3–5 years hands-on BIM modelling experience, with Autodesk Revit proficiency as an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years hands-on BIM modeller experience in construction projects.
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary coordination and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain accurate 3D BIM models per project requirements.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless BIM integration through all project phases.
• Prepare detailed drawings and BIM deliverables with high accuracy.
• Provide technical support on BIM tools, workflows, and implementation.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on BIM technologies to improve efficiency.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and system package contractors.
• Lead BIM workflows, especially in CSD and SEM coordination.
