Develop, update, and manage detailed 3D BIM models for electrical systems using software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

Collaborate with electrical engineers and designers to translate design concepts and requirements into accurate BIM models.

Perform clash detection and assist in resolving coordination issues between electrical and other disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP). Ensure all BIM models comply with company standards, project requirements, and industry best practices.

Review and coordinate electrical designs with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle to reflect design changes and site conditions.

Assist in preparing electrical drawings, documentation, and project deliverables.

Provide technical support and guidance to junior modelers when required.

Support coordination meetings and contribute to effective project delivery.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline.

Proven experience as a BIM Modeler (Electrical) with strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

Solid understanding of electrical systems, codes, and industry standards.

Experience in clash detection, coordination, and issue resolution within BIM environments.

Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across disciplines.

Experience in Data Centre projects is an added advantage.

High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Willingness to travel and provide onsite support when required.
