Job summary

IAQ Group in Malaysia's Penang is seeking a BIM/CAD Engineer to create Architectural, Mechanical HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical models using Autodesk Revit.

You will ensure models align with BIM Execution Plan, collaborate across disciplines, manage BIM technology, and communicate changes to project teams. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical/ HVAC/ Mechatronics/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years working experience in the construction industry with hands on experience in Autodesk Revit and related Building Information Modeling software.
• High level of integrity drives and result oriented.
• Able to prioritize and work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to multitask, working on several projects at any one time.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to travel outstation/ oversea as and when required.
