Qualifications

• Proven experience as a BIM Modeler (Electrical).
• Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Solid understanding of electrical systems, codes, and industry standards.
• Experience in clash detection, coordination, and issue resolution within BIM environments.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and manage detailed 3D BIM models for electrical systems.
• Collaborate with electrical engineers and designers to translate concepts into BIM models.
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues between electrical and other disciplines.
• Review and coordinate electrical designs with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
