Job summary

IAQ Energy Facility Management Sdn Bhd – Putrajaya is seeking a BIM Specialist to create Architectural, Mechanical HVAC, piping, and electrical models, ensuring alignment with BIM Execution Plan and project workflows. You will collaborate with multiple disciplines for design changes and model updates, and manage BIM technology implementation to deliver high-quality results on construction projects.

The role requires a degree in Mechanical or related engineering, at least 2 years of construction

Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical or related engineering.
At least 2 years of working experience in the construction industry.
Able to operate AutoCAD, Revit, BIM Software and MS Office applications.
Willing to travel or station at project site (Putrajaya).
High level of integrity drives and result oriented.

Responsibilities

Create Architectural, Mechanical HVAC, Mechanical Pipe, Plumbing & Sanitary, Process Pipe and/or Electrical models.
Ensure that the model aligns with BIM Execution Plan and project workflow criteria.
Collaborate and coordinate internally or with other disciplines for design changes and model updates.
Manage BIM technology implementation and ensure quality deliverables on construction projects.
Communicate changes in BIM Models effectively to project teams and stakeholders.
