Job summary

MGB Berhad seeks an experienced BIM Specialist to develop detailed MEP BIM models (LOD 200–400) in line with BEP and ISO 19650 workflows. You will interpret 2D drawings into 3D BIM models, coordinate with C&S teams for clash-free results, and generate drawings directly from BIM models for design and construction.

Your role includes maintaining a Revit Family Library, setting up templates, and supporting coordination meetings with Navisworks or Revit.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of MEP BIM modeling experience using Revit is essential.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards and model coordination workflows.
• Experience creating Revit families with parametric functionality.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed MEP BIM models (LOD 200–400) compliant with BEP.
• Interpret 2D drawings into 3D BIM models for design and construction.
• Coordinate with C&S teams to ensure clash-free models.
• Generate plans, sections, elevations, and details from BIM models.
• Maintain Revit Family Library and templates to ensure consistency.
• Assist in project setup and version control with BIM Coordinator.
• Conduct QA/QC and audits to ensure data integrity.
