Job summary

Zeus Solution Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a BIM Engineer to develop and maintain BIM models for mechanical piping, ducting, and electrical works. You will coordinate models with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines and perform clash detections to propose practical solutions.

The role requires at least 2–5 years of BIM experience in MEP or construction projects, with strong documentation and BEP execution. Willingness to travel and base location in Malaysia is needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services, Construction Management or equivalent.
• 2–5 years BIM experience in MEP or construction projects.
• Experience in Electrical and Mechanical coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models for MEP systems and equipment.
• Coordinate BIM models across Architectural, Structural and other MEP disciplines.
• Perform clash detection using Revit and propose practical fixes.
• Maintain BIM standards and document control; BEP support where required.
• Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, and As-Built drawings.
