Job summary

Promatrix DC Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a BIM Modeler/Coordinator to develop BIM documents for data center projects, focusing on LOD 500 deliverables. You will work with design teams to ensure clash-free, constructible models and assist with client presentations.

The role requires Revit/AutoCAD proficiency, cloud work-sharing experience, and strong coordination across disciplines within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate with ELE / Mech / Electronics Engineering degree / Diploma.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Mission critical projects.
• Proficient in REVIT, AutoCAD, MS Office, and CFD / Energy simulation software.
• Revit experience with Cloud Work-sharing is essential.

Responsibilities

• Produce BIM coordinated construction documents with LOD 500 for data center designs.
• Coordinate with Archi/C&S/M&E designers and liaise with sub-cons/vendors.
• Perform 3D clash detection and QA/QC on models.
• Assist client presentations, 3D & 2D documentation, and simulations.
• Train others on 3D modeling and drafting to improve team documentation.
