Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a technical support professional to provide pre-sales and post-sales support for CAD/CAM/CAE and end-to-end network solutions, from design to manufacturing. You will develop Implementation Support Plans and training to meet customer requirements while driving continuous quality improvements.

The role requires at least a diploma/degree in engineering or IT, with 2 years in a related field.

Qualifications

Candidate must hold Diploma or Degree in a related field.
At least 2 years’ working experience in a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Ability to utilize CAD/CAM/CAE solutions is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Provide quality pre-sales and post-sales technical support to prospects and clients.
Complete assigned projects and support within deadlines.
Be proactive in delivering solutions to enhance client experience and margins.
Equip sales and marketing with product knowledge to perform tasks.
Collaborate with sales and clients to develop a solid Implementation Support Plan.
Develop and implement training programs for products and industry solutions.
Initiate proactive activities to increase client value and satisfaction.
Ensure efficient use of company resources for productivity and returns.
Attend trainings or seminars and share knowledge with others.
