Singtel Financial Shared Services (FSS) is expanding its operations in Malaysia, and we are seeking a Billing Executive (UAT) to join our finance and technology focused team. You will perform User Acceptance Testing for Billing Enterprise Services, gather requirements, plan, execute, and validate test scenarios in a collaborative environment.

You will work closely with IT, document results, prepare handover materials, and train users when needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science.
• 1–3 years of UAT or IT-related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Experience with ExcelVLOOKUP and Macros.
• RPA experience is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and meticulous.
• Good communication skills and English writing.

Responsabilités

• Analyze requirements and clarify with IT and stakeholders.
• Prepare test plans prior to testing.
• Conduct UAT and document results and defects.
• Monitor testing progress and provide feedback to managers.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Complete testing within tight timelines.
