Job summary

Toll Group in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Executive for Freight Forwarding who speaks Mandarin. You will ensure accurate billing, validate rates, and process invoices using CargoWise in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Diploma in a related field, familiarity with CargoWise and Excel, and fluency in English, Malay, and Mandarin. You will work within the Operations team and contribute to continuous improvements in billing processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Accounting, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience in billing within Freight Forwarding or Logistics.
• Proficient with CargoWise and MS Excel; strong data entry.
• Fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Process billing accurately following SOP.
• Generate and process customer billings using CargoWise.
• Validate rate cards against system rates for accuracy.
• Enter and maintain operational data with high accuracy.
• Respond to billing queries with clear stakeholder communication.
• Review completed work to identify discrepancies before submission.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
• Support process improvements in billing workflows.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Team Leader or Manager.
