Job summary

Toll Group in Malaysia seeks a detail-oriented Billing Executive for Freight Forwarding who can communicate in Mandarin to support multilingual customers. You will ensure accurate billing, data validation, and invoice processing in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a diploma in business or related field, familiarity with CargoWise and Excel, and high accuracy. You will work within the Operations team and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain billing integrity and drive process

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Accounting, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience in billing within Freight Forwarding or Logistics preferred.
• Hands-on experience with CargoWise and data entry is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong typing speed with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and perform well under pressure in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Process billing accurately in accordance with the Billing SOP.
• Generate and process customer billings using the CargoWise system.
• Validate rate cards against system rates to ensure billing accuracy.
• Enter and maintain operational data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Respond promptly to billing and information queries with clear stakeholder communication via email.
• Review completed work to identify and correct discrepancies before submission.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and company information at all times.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance billing processes.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Team Leader or Manager.
