Job summary

Xilnex Holdings Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Finance Executive – Billing & Revenue to manage monthly billing, support revenue accounting, and ensure tax compliance across markets. You’ll work with the Group Finance team to drive accurate revenue recognition and improve billing processes.

The role requires a degree in Accounting/Finance and at least 2 years in billing or AR, with strong Excel skills and analytical capabilities. On-site in Malaysia, focusing on SaaS-based billing environments.

Qualifications

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant billing or AR experience.
• Understanding of revenue-related processes and internal controls.
• Proficiency in Excel and handling financial data.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly billing operations in-house SaaS billing system.
• Support revenue accounting and prepare recognition schedules.
• Ensure tax compliance and e-invoicing across markets.
• Maintain billing controls and approvals with proper documentation.
• Analyze revenue performance and prepare management reports.
• Support commission computations for management review.
• Resolve billing enquiries with stakeholders and assist collections.
• Drive continuous improvement in billing, reporting, and system processes.
